Workplace Mental Health: The cost of doing nothing

Webinar
Presented by Black Dog Institute

Event Overview

The Australian Institute of Health & Safety invites you to join our upcoming members exclusive webinar titled Workplace Mental Health: The cost of doing nothing to raise awareness for World Mental Health Day and align with National Safe Work Month's week two theme of psychosocial hazards.

Poor mental health costs Australian businesses 39 billion dollars per year. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Workplaces not only have the power to protect mental health but can also serve as a factor to help people thrive. So how do we get organisations to sit up and take action? And for those that are ready, where do you start?

This session will explore research and data into why creating healthy workplaces makes good business sense, and how to create a mentally healthy workplace with the Five Ways to Wellbeing framework.
