Join health and safety professionals, leaders and industry stakeholders at People First Stadium for an afternoon of practical learning, professional development and networking. The symposium will feature expert presentations exploring leadership, teamwork, communication and high performance, with practical insights that can be applied across a range of workplaces.
Featured speaker Todd Harris, CEO, Stadiums Queensland will present Get your head in the game, exploring mindset, resilience, preparation and performance under pressure. Mark Oostergo, Chief Executive & Principal Psychologist, Australian Psychological Services will present Team performance: Effective communication and cooperation, examining how collaboration and communication contribute to safer workplaces and stronger organisational performance.
Additional speakers will share practical case studies and industry insights throughout the afternoon.
The event concludes with networking drinks, providing the opportunity to connect with peers and continue the conversation.
