Esther White Kuiters is the founder and CEO of ASENTA, a strategic advisory partnering with leaders in tech, energy, infrastructure and government to design inclusive, AI-empowered workplaces where people thrive.
Her health and safety leadership started on the industrial floors of ANI Ruwolt in Ipswich, Queensland, and now spans 25+ years and 26 countries - from underground mining systems in QLD/NSW to global mega-projects including Chevron’s Gorgon Gas, Marinus Link, INPEX, Downer Group, CIMIC and major Tasmanian programs. Esther works with values-led founders, executives and directors who ask sharper questions:
• How do we lead when AI is reshaping work but safety still demands human judgment?
• How do we build cultures that make people stay - and keep them safe, seen and supported?
• How do we evolve when leadership no longer comes with a playbook?
