	Dr Xander Van Lill - Consultant, PBC Hogan As a consultant at Peter Berry Consultancy, Xander is involved in research-based projects designed to provide insights that individuals, teams, and organisations can use to understand and enhance their performance and development. This includes analysing various types of cognitive ability, personality, performance, and organisational data. Xander employs an evidence-based approach, with a commitment to providing quality results and insights. Xander also serves as a research associate at the University of Johannesburg, contributing to the evaluation and publication of scientific research in peer-reviewed journals and books. Xander has researched and compiled technical information on the impact of psychological factors, such as personality and climate, on work-related safety. As a psychologist, he is interested in the application of psychological interventions to improve safety-related outcomes via selection, development, and performance management.
	Andrew Morris - Principal Consultant, PBC Hogan Andrew is an accomplished Industrial/Organisational Psychologist with registrations in multiple jurisdictions and is currently registered as a Provisional Psychologist within Australia. He has a strong background in psychometric assessment, behavioural science applications, and leadership development. With a track record of working in diverse, multicultural environments, he combines strong analytical capabilities with a passion for delivering evidence-based, high-impact people solutions. His expertise spans assessment design, talent management, behavioural economics, and strategic workforce planning. He has extensive experience in research, product development, training, and executive coaching, having worked with leading organisations across multiple sectors. His ability to drive insights through data, coach leaders, and contribute to evidence-based decision-making makes him a valuable asset to leadership and talent development initiatives.
