Course Overview:

With psychological health and safety in the workplace becoming an increasingly important consideration for businesses of all sizes, Risk Training Professionals offer an AIHS-endorsed training course designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of ISO 45003:2021.

ISO 45003 is a child standard of ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. While ISO 45001 addresses the overall management of health and safety risks across an organisation, ISO 45003 specifically concentrates on the psychological health and safety of employees, offering guidelines for managing a diverse array of psychosocial risks within the OH&S management framework.

This two-day virtual course delivers practical insights into ISO 45003:2021 – Psychological health and safety at work — Guidelines for managing psychosocial risk, equipping you with the necessary tools for effective implementation in your workplace. You will benefit from the expertise of a leading psychologist who will share valuable experience across various industries and clarify how ISO 45003 relates to Australian WHS legislation and codes of practice. The course covers critical aspects of psychological health and safety risks, identifies workplace risk factors, and assists in planning to address risks and opportunities. AIHS members enjoy a 15% discount on the training cost.

Participants will earn 14 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points and receive a complimentary licensed copy of:
