Warwick Ryan is a recognised specialist in employment law and workplace relations and is a member of Hicksons workplace relations, employment and safety team. 
His experience focuses on providing commercially beneficial advice to businesses and NFP’s, using his knowledge and experience in employment law to advise clients on the most effective ways to engage with workers to increase productivity and maintain the values of the organisation. 
Warwick specialises in all aspects of the employment cycle from helping organisations with their recruitment procedures, assisting with defusing bullying claims and avoiding discrimination claims, managing ill or injured workers so as to minimise workers compensation premiums and, where necessary, advise on all available avenues surrounding the termination of workers.
