Jamie is an award-winning safety professional and LinkedIn Top Voice with nearly two decades of experience in Work Health and Safety (WHS), specializing in management systems, safety culture, and psychosocial risk, both in Australia and internationally. His expertise is supported by a Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, and holds several industry certifications, including Exemplar Global IMS Lead Auditor, HOP Facilitator, Learning Teams Facilitator, and Licensed MHFA Instructor. Jamie is also currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Psychology.

As a Principal Consultant at Sentis, his focus is on transforming workplace safety culture through applied psychology and neuroscience. Jamie's role involves collaborating closely with clients to develop and implement customized safety culture and leadership solutions. Over the past five years, Jamie has consulted with and supported several Fortune 500 and ASX-listed companies in achieving their safety goals. In addition to his consultancy work, Jamie is dedicated to mental health advocacy and suicide prevention, actively volunteering with R U OK?, and has been a member of the AIHS since 2015. Jamie is enthusiastic about contributing as a committee member of the WA branch and giving back to the profession.
